Job ID: 03370-108539 Dayton area company looking for an accountant to assist on a temporary project. The primary function of this temporary Internal Audit position is to audit the inventory reconciliation process of the Company's annual physical inventories. In addition, time will be spent performing rollforward and year-end Sarbanes-Oxley testing. Qualifications needed are: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The responsibilities of this job involve both phone and e-mail communication with managers at our remote facilities. Ability to work with minimum supervision, managing multiple tasks. Individually the tasks being performed may result in down-time. As a result, the individual must be able to switch between tasks for work flow efficiency. Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required. A degree in accounting, finance or business is preferred. Will consider someone pursuing one of these degrees. The work schedule is flexible and not necessarily a 40 hour work week if need be.
