Reference Code: 948465-NRC Description: Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative. This person handles customer inquires. Accountabilities: · Review applications for correctness and completeness · Interview customers via phone/email to verify application information; Extract documentation from internet, search databases and government websites to confirm customer information · Work with various LexisNexis departments · Answer internal and external customer inquiries · Individuals are expected to perform as positive role models by demonstrating continuous performance improvement, solid business skills and support of department and company objectives · Perform additional duties as required
Requirements: Excellent telephone communication skills, the ability to problem solve and computer experience is required. Qualifications: · High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience is required, two (2) year college degree is preferred · 2+ years office experience · Effective verbal and written communication, team and business judgment skills · Clear communication skills, specifically telephonic and e-mail communications must be professional, timely and courteous · Ability to work under pressure and deadlines within an environment of constant change · Critical skills: customer-focused, positive leadership abilities, innovative, adaptability to change, flexible, organized, and able to work independently in a team environment · Detail and quality oriented · Extensive research skills are required · Computer savvy in Windows environment (Internet research, Outlook, Word, Excel) · Highly developed interpersonal skills, must demonstrate a positive attitude
