Visiting RN
Visiting NR's provide families and patients with after-hours emergency care and support completing Admissions visits and providing educatinoal information as needed to patients and families in their homes and Nursing Homes as needed within our 8 county service area.
RN Case Managers-1st shift
We are looking for RN's that have a strong sense in initiative, compassion and drive to be responsible for managing plans of care for patients and families receiving hospice care. This is a rewarding opportunity to meet, care for and educate a variety of people with different needs at the end of life. Starting pay range $45K-$58K + opportunities for additional income. Starting pay is commensurate with experience. Schedule is typically Monday through Friday, 1st shift with occasional weekends. We are currently seeking Case Managers for:
