Responsibilities: The Claims Staff Adjuster will provide prompt and timely inspection of field claims. Handle field claims to conclusion, including investigation, documentation, coverage analysis, and subrogation/salvage assessment. The Claims Staff Adjuster will establish relationship with producing agencies. Maintaining company equipment, participation in catastrophe duty and completion of monthly reports is also required. Qualifications: We require a Bachelors Degree and successful completion of 6-7-week paid training course in Cincinnati, OH. Prior business/customer service experience and clean driving record/valid drivers license is required. A background in construction or knowledge of recreational products (motorcycle or RV) is preferred. Qualified candidates must meet credit and background check requirements. We handle mobile home, dwelling, automobile, recreational vehicles, motorcycle, and watercraft insurance.
