Insurance Specialists
Responsibilities:
Our Loss Drafts Team is directly responsible for ensuring that our client does not experience a financial loss on a damaged real estate property. Specialists in this department are expected to manage claims while holding the ability to make clear and concise judgment decisions when disbursing funds to customers (borrowers). The ideal candidate will have the ability to problem solve and relay accurate and detailed reports and claim information to various parties via in-bound and out-bound telephone calls. Insurance Specialists will be directly responsible for accessing sensitive monetary accounts and generating fund disbursements on behalf of the customer and client. For success in this position, it is crucial that you demonstrate the ability to organize time sensitive information, respond to inquires with a sense of urgency, meet critical deadlines and handle the daily pressure to deliver results is necessary.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED degree; 1-2 years customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment); excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to make good decisions; ability to adapt easily as procedures/client needs change; excellent organization skills; bilingual in English/Spanish a plus; basic office skills; strong alpha-numeric data entry skills, minimum of 5000 kph.
